Michael Stephens was recently appointed vice-president marketing and product development at Atria Networks LP, Markham, Ont., with responsibility for driving new services and features to Atria’s customers as the firm leverages its fibre-optic network across Ontario. Stephens brings more than 20 years telecommunications industry experience to Atria Networks, including senior management roles with AT&T Canada, Group Telecom and KORE Telematics Ltd. “Michael’s intimate knowledge of customer requirements will be very influential as Atria develops new services to offer the business customers of Ontario,” says Steve McCartney, Atria’s president and CEO. “As the demand for business bandwidth increases, Michael’s guidance on ensuring that our customer’s needs are understood and met will be critical.”
