Caterina Didio-Duggan Joins Primus

Caterina Didio-Duggan, a marketing veteran with more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, rcently joined Primus Telecommunications Canada as director of marketing for Business Services.

Didio-Duggan recently was director of marketing for Smart IP where she defined and implemented the marketing strategy and goals to drive revenue growth. She earlier was with Nortel Networks for 20 years, working in various senior marketing management positions in areas such as global messaging, promotions, channel partner marketing and customer marketing.
 
Throughout her career, Didio-Duggan has managed and coached teams of marketing professionals to excel in achieving goals, including the successful launch of new products and services and the development of effective marketing and sales materials that were instrumental in increasing revenue. She has vast experience handling matters relating to effective brand management, quality customer service, events and tradeshow management, analysis of market trends and customer survey results and department budget management.
