Gervasio has more than 16 years of experience in interactive communications. Formerly creative director and co-founder of K-OS Multimedia, he was recently director of information architecture and usability/practice leader for Nurun North America. He will be working out of Twist Image's Montreal office.

Friesner, whose graduate studies were in Systems Design Engineering and Management Science, also holds the Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute and is certified as a financial management advisor by the Canadian Securities Institute. He has worked in many different industries, among them: aerospace, health care, education and financial services. Friesner will be working out of Twist Image's Toronto office.
