Martine St-Victor of Le Groupe Milagro public relations has added the role of communications attachée for the Conseil des arts de Montréal to her responsibilities. In addition to her position at the Conseil, St-Victor will continue her work at Groupe Milagro which, in 2008, has included such clients as Paris Match, Escada and soul singer Slim Williams. In 2009, Groupe Milagro's film festival, The International Hip Hop Cinema Festival, will return for its 3rd edition. |
