Maxime David and Christian Letendre were named the winners of the fifth edition of the 5 à 7 ouvretaboite.com competition of the Montreal Marketing Association-Pubicité-Club de Montréal, and as such, have won a three-month stage at Montreal advertising agency LXB. David and Letendre were awarded top prize Apr. 24/08 by judges Pier Lalonde of LXB, Raymonde Lavoie of DesArts Communication and Carle Coppens of BCP. The Hebdos Québec, presenters of the weekly events, awarded a coup de cœur 'créativité média' grant to the team of Victoria Dimaano and Jean-François Ménard. Earlier the same evening, winners of the final weekly competition were awarded their prizes by judges of the week Michèle Leduc of Zip/DDB, Caroline Jarvis of OSL and Michel Proulx of Tank. They gave first prize to Jonathan Roy. Amine Rais took second, and there was a tie for third: Christian Letendre, and the team of Maxime Lamoureux and Jolin Masson St-Onge. Patrick Grenier, for Pragga, gave the Week 4 prix coup de cœur client to the team of Dimaano and Ménard. Gilbert Paquette of Hebdos Québec, presented the weekly prix 'créativité média' to Normand Boulanger. All winners of each of the four weeks of the competition vied for the final prize.
